American Drift Fly Supply LLC (“American Drift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) sells products that are either fulfilled directly by American Drift or fulfilled by independent brand partners through Shopify Collective. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled for each type of order.
By placing an order on AmericanDriftSupply.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Products Sold & Fulfilled by American Drift Fly Supply LLC
We accept returns on eligible products sold and fulfilled directly by American Drift under the following conditions:
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Used, damaged, or altered items
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at jason@americandriftsupply.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
2. Products Sold Through Shopify Collective (Third-Party Fulfillment)
Some products available on our site are sold by American Drift but fulfilled and shipped by independent third-party brands through Shopify Collective.
For these products:
- Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by the fulfilling merchant’s return policy
- The fulfilling merchant is responsible for approving returns and issuing refunds
- Return windows, eligibility, and conditions may vary by brand

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
Resolution
- American Drift–fulfilled products: We will arrange a replacement or refund
- Shopify Collective products: We will coordinate with the fulfilling merchant to resolve the issue
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- For American Drift–fulfilled products, exchanges may be handled by returning the item and placing a new order
- Shopify Collective product exchanges are subject to the fulfilling merchant’s exchange policy
5. Refund Timing
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and approved.
- American Drift products: 5–10 business days after inspection
- Shopify Collective products: Refund timing is determined by the fulfilling merchant
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
- American Drift–fulfilled orders: Contact us as soon as possible
- Shopify Collective orders: Cancellation availability depends on the fulfillment status of the merchant
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
